These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are published for accessible usage of Smart GHOTOK in the form of a smartphone app. Pioneer Alpha Limited, a company set up per Bangladeshi laws and based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, runs the app. The company's license number is L63090TN2001PLC047432.
In these terms, "End User" refers to the person or people who use and/or access the app. The goal of this app is to meet people who are interested in getting married ("Registrants" or "Users"). End Users could be people looking for a partner for marriage, or they could be the parents (father/mother), siblings (brother/sister), relatives, or friends of people who have registered. "You" stands for "End User" and "Registrants".
To use the app's services, you agree to sign up, log in, and agree to the rules listed below. Based on Bangladeshi law, these terms tell you how to access and use the services. They are also a legally binding contract between you and Smart GHOTOK.
If you don't agree with these rules, you shouldn't use the app. These rules also include the applicable policies, referred to by name, and may change occasionally. Smart GHOTOK can change the mentioned rules and regulations anytime and for any reason.
A. To register as an End User and use this App, you must be at least 18 years old, the legal age to sign a contract in Bangladesh according to the Bangladeshi Contract Act, 1872 and the Bangladeshi Majority Act, 1875. You also must confirm that you aren't barred from signing a contract and you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to sign this agreement.
B. Each End User must make sure that he or she ("Registrant") is a:

D. If you or the Registrant have filed for a divorce, clearly state "Awaiting Divorce" during registration.
E. If you sign up for the Registrant on their behalf and create their profile(s) in the App or use it on their behalf, you represent and promise that you have the Registrant's permission to create and use the App.
A. To use the Smart GHOTOK Services, you must complete the registration process appropriately. Smart GHOTOK expects you to be fair and honest during the registration process by giving true, accurate, up-to-date, and full information about yourself and uploading recent photos, which will help you meet your parameters. As part of the registration process, you must give us your full name or the registrant's full name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, and any other information or papers (if necessary) that we may ask for from time to time.
B. You must read the appropriate column before you type in the details, choose the available choice, or upload the photo. You are asked not to put information about your profile in a field that isn't the right one. This includes placing user IDs or profile IDs of other platforms and apps, repeating your information in different fields after putting it in the right field, or putting photos of other people. Smart GHOTOK also has the right to stop the registration of your profile on the app, if any, if your contact information or links are put in the wrong fields or if the End Users make mistakes in the information they put in their profile. The app doesn't let the same person sign up for multiple identities. BETTER HALF has the right to suspend or delete your account (without warning) if you have more than one profile or if it becomes clear that you gave false or misleading information in the relevant areas.

D. End Users agree that they won't sue Smart GHOTOK if their or the registrant's information isn't posted on the app right away for technical reasons.
E. The newly created profile(s) will be checked to ensure they are correct and may be enabled immediately after a quality declaration and/or verification by Smart GHOTOK. The End Users may be asked to provide more papers to prove their identity if needed. The app holds the right to stop, deactivate, or end a profile at any time, with or without notice, and to keep any money you paid for a membership fee and refuse to give you Smart GHOTOK services in the future if at any time the app learns or finds out after an investigation that any information you provided for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if the contents or material of your profile violates the policy. BETTER HALF will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the service(s) being taken away or won't be liable for any damage that happens when other people look at your page, either.
F. You can also fill out your email address and phone number (upon confirmation from the end users) in any of Smart GHOTOK's registration campaigns that appear in different apps as part of Smart GHOTOK's ads. If you do this, you agree to get calls from Smart GHOTOK's customer service center to help you register your profile on the app.
G. You agree and confirm that your registration with Smart GHOTOK and your use of the app's services are for the genuine purpose of your marriage or the marriage of the registrant and aren't meant to encourage or promote illegal sexual relations or extramarital affairs, to cause online trouble for other account holders, or to do anything else that is illegal or against the law. Suppose BETTER HALF finds out or has reason to believe that any End User is using this app to promote or engage in illicit sexual relations, extramarital affairs, or any other activity that is illegal or against the law. In that case, your membership will be canceled immediately without a refund and any responsibility on the part of Smart GHOTOK. The decision of this app's operators/administrators to end will be final and binding. They may also, if it thinks it's necessary, take civil action against you.
H. The app can only be used by End Users or Registrants for their own personal use, and it can't be used for business purposes. This includes framing or linking to other apps without permission, even if they are similar to Smart GHOTOK. Organizations, companies, businesses, and/or people who run similar or competing businesses cannot become End Users or use Smart GHOTOK services, End Users' data, or the app for any reason. You can't use this app, its contents, or its services for anything illegal or against the rules. Suppose you use the app in any of the above ways. In that case, you will be investigated almost immediately, and Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to take legal action, including, but not limited to, civil, criminal, and injunctive actions.
I. The app won't be used for anything other than what is described here. This includes collecting usernames, email addresses, or additional information about End Users and/or Registrants for business use, such as sending unsolicited emails, spamming, phishing, etc.
A. You are the only one responsible for keeping your Smart GHOTOK login information, such as your user ID, password, one-time password (OTP), etc., safe and secret. You also limit who can use your computer or phone so no one else can access your account.
B. Any password you make can only be used if you are a member of Smart GHOTOK services. You can use it to log in to your account and use all the accessible app services, such as accepting your transactions electronically and reviewing your finished transactions. The app doesn't ask for passwords or one-time passwords (OTPs) other than login, and you are warned not to give anyone your passwords or OTPs. You agree to be responsible for everything when your account is used.
C. Smart GHOTOK will not be responsible for any loss or damage you cause by not doing what this Clause says you must do.
A. Once you join/register, Smart GHOTOK copies the information you uploaded to its app "as is, as available." It may also share your provided information with compatible/patched apps and services.
B. The only thing Smart GHOTOK has to do is give end users a way to look for prospects or registrants without help. The app doesn't ensure that the information provided by End Users is accurate.
C. When an end user searches profiles, Smart GHOTOK automatically finds matches for them based on the preferences you set for your ideal mate. If an end-user changes the person they want to work with on the app, the automated system-generated prospect results of the app may also vary.
D. As part of offering services, Smart GHOTOK may also allow third parties to provide their services on the app (such as horoscopes), and each end user agrees to let the app do this. Smart GHOTOK may also charge you for these third-party services. In this case, the app may agree with this third party to share income. Each End User agrees that Smart GHOTOK will never be responsible to you for anything that goes wrong because of these third-party services.
E. All information collected and/or provided by or received from End Users may be kept, stored, preserved, and/or published on well-specified servers located in Bangladesh, which will be provided to the relevant authorities by Smart GHOTOK, if applicable, for investigations, as required by all applicable laws of the relevant jurisdictions, including the Bangladeshi Digital Security Act, 2018 and/or rules, made thereunder.
F. All data, electronic records, electronic mail, electronic signatures, and any other electronic information provided by and/or collected from End Users may be kept, stored, preserved, published, and given to the appropriate authorities for investigation purposes, as required by all applicable laws of the relevant jurisdictions, including the Bangladeshi Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006 and/or rule.
G. Smart GHOTOK doesn't stop other End Users from showing interest in your picture or talking to you based on who they want to be with. But you are free to say no if you don't think they are interested or go on if you are. The app can't promise you'll get responses, and you agree and accept that Smart GHOTOK won't be responsible if other End Users don't respond. In these situations, Smart GHOTOK won't give returns or credits.
H. Smart GHOTOK can't guarantee or take responsibility for the effects of using the collected data from the app service(s).
I. Smart GHOTOK will protect sensitive user information with security standards, authentication methods, access controls, and encryption techniques.
J. Smart GHOTOK can't promise that user data is completely safe while in transit or that a third party won't change it with bad intentions before it gets to the database computers.
K. Smart GHOTOK integrates exclusive features like blurred photos and hiding mobile numbers for certain End Users and Registrants. End users can effectively conceal their mobile contact numbers from their respective profile sections from members. There are options to let specific users see the contact number and an option to hide the number from everyone. Anyone can also blur the photos from everyone but must provide at least three (3) recent pictures with the entire face visible. However, Smart GHOTOK has no control over how the female End Users or Registrants react to the other party.
L. Smart GHOTOK will keep the right, but not the duty, to check the background of any profile you or any End User makes. Also, the app isn't required to do background checks when an end user asks or tells them to. If background checks are done at all, they are done at the full discretion of Smart GHOTOK or because the law says so.
M. The app doesn't verify or approve any information on any page, and the app is not responsible for any bad behavior or false information given to you or the Registrant in any way. For additional help, please get in touch with Smart GHOTOK services through (email) or (mobile).
N. To protect Registrants and/or End Users from any abuse or misuse, Smart GHOTOK reserves the right, in the event of a complaint, to limit or suspend the number of communications, profile contacts and responses, and emails that an End User may send to another End User(s) in 24 hours to a number that the app, in its sole discretion, thinks is appropriate.
O. Smart GHOTOK has the right, but not the duty, to monitor and review the messages you send to another End User from time to time if it thinks you are doing something that is against the law. This is to make sure you are following these Terms or the law. In the situation described above, Smart GHOTOK may delete or change any message or other content on the profile after a review. If you send any of these texts, you will be breaking these rules, and the app admins/operators can end your membership immediately. For this section, Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to review any messages you send to other End Users and limit the number of chat sessions you can have.
P. Smart GHOTOK might not always watch what all End Users do on the app. End Users shall not use the information they get from the app service(s) to harass, abuse, or hurt someone else, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell information about another End User or Registrant without their explicit permission.
Q. Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to decide and control all parts (including all functionality) of the app services and the right to redesign, change, or remove any or all of them. Smart GHOTOK can change any of these Terms anytime and for any reason. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the app. You are responsible for checking these places and staying current on any changes or warnings. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on the app for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days. If you keep using the app services after Smart GHOTOK posts change, it will be a sign that you agree to the changes.
A. You should protect the information in your profile by making a strong password with a mix of letters (both upper and lower case) and numbers when you set up your profile.
B. You must check the credentials of the other Registrant(s)/End User(s) and use care and caution when reading his/her profile information, which includes his/her marital status, educational qualifications, financial status, occupation, character, health status, etc., and be satisfied before choosing your match. BETTER HALF is not responsible for anything wrong because one of its End Users lied. Any information or promises made during registration with or later use of the app must be valid and accurate, and by signing in, the End User confirms that all such information is true and correct.
C. An End User must not do or not do anything likely to break one or more laws in the relevant jurisdictions, such as the Bangladeshi Digital Security Act, 2018, and the rules made under it, or the Bangladeshi Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it. Suppose an End User does something or doesn't do something that breaks one or more laws in the relevant jurisdictions, such as the Bangladeshi Digital Security Act, 2018 or rules made under it, or the Bangladeshi Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006 and rules made under it. In that case, the End User is solely responsible for the violation, and Smart GHOTOK will not be held responsible in any way. If the app operators/administrators find that an End User has broken the law, that End User's membership will be canceled immediately. If an End User knows about an actual or alleged violation of one or more of the applicable laws, he or she must tell it right away to the app and the authorities in charge of looking into it.
D. You are the only one responsible for the content you put on the app to talk to other End Users, and you agree not to give them illegal, misleading, or false information.
E. Registrants and End Users who ask for money or other favors should be treated with caution by End Users. End Users should be extra careful when talking to Registrants or End Users who seem sketchy, such as someone who calls from multiple phone numbers, won't reveal their real name in person or through video calls, or won't let their family and friends help them find a match. Before making a deal with an End User or Registrant, End Users should check to see if their identity has been suspended.
F. Users should check the FAQ section as well as contact the authority (if necessary) to learn more about how to search for a partner safely and become more aware of internet safety.
G. Members agree that they are fully responsible for all the results of the following actions and that Smart GHOTOK is in no way responsible for them. Because of this, End Users are asked not to:
H. You agree that you are the only one responsible for your relationships with other End Users through Smart GHOTOK. When an End User or Registrant sends in his or her matrimonial page, he or she must include all the information needed to start a marriage. Keeping essential facts about a marriage a secret could lead to loss, damage, or legal trouble for which Smart GHOTOK would not be guilty. Any information or data that the app needs to be able to use its services must be given by the End User when asked to do so by the app interface. End Users are expected to share their health data, such as any pre-existing illnesses, physical disabilities, etc. when they sign up for a profile. By agreeing to these terms, End Users agree to share this information. Non-disclosure at the time of enrollment will be seen as a violation of the Terms, and Smart GHOTOK will have the right under clause 2(B) of these Terms not to register the End User or close their account if they find a discrepancy.
I. To get better search results, End Users or Registrants must provide their most recent picture, which can't be older than three months. Providing old photos, photos of other people, or wrong or false information will be seen as a violation of these terms, and Smart GHOTOK will keep their rights under clauses 2(B), 2(E), or 19 of these terms. If the account is held for more than a year, it needs to be updated with new photos so that the records are always the same.
J. End Users agree that to get good search results of prospects on the app, you will regularly login to your profile on the app and send automated messages to prospects or other End Users as a free End User. If you have paid for the Smart GHOTOK package, you can send personalized messages to prospects to show your expression of interest or replies. Only paid members can see the contact information on the End User's page. For a short time, you can join for free. The app can end free registration at any time if they want to. You can also look at the expressions of interest or texts sent to you by End Users and reply as needed.
K. You also agree that when you access or use the app, you will follow these terms of the app. This includes but is not limited to using app features like instant chat with End User/Registrant, viewing the prospects, and improving privacy settings (photo/phone number).
L. For the best search results, an End User or Registrant must update his or her profile in the Smart GHOTOK app if any of the information in his or her profile changes.
M. Each End User must delete his or her profile from the app if his or her marriage is set or the user no longer wants to use the app services. The user can do this or send a written request to Smart GHOTOK through his or her registered email ID. In this case, the operators/admins will not give the End User any money back.
N. Each End User agrees to access the Smart GHOTOK services using safe devices, software, and networks in a private place.
O. An End User can't use web robots, chatbots, or any other automated processes, programs, or scripts to use, talk to, interact with, or reply in the app and/or with other End Users. End Users shall not probe, scan, or test the Smart GHOTOK app or any network connected to the app for flaws or do anything else that breaks the security steps set up by the app.
P. End users can't pay or move money to any Smart GHOTOK employee(s) account. Only the app account can receive money.
Q. End users are supposed to talk to Smart GHOTOK about their problems and complaints instead of posting about them on social media.
R. You can't share, distribute, or copy any copy-protected material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without the owner's permission. If you think that your work has been copied and put on the app service in a way that violates your copyright, please send the following information in writing to Smart GHOTOK's Customer Care (contact information is below):
S. An End User can't advertise to other End Users or ask them to buy or sell goods or services through the Smart GHOTOK Service. You won't send chain letters or unwanted emails to other End Users.
T. The app isn't responsible for any End User action that is:
U. You permit us to check your/Registrant's information (including any new information) and to charge your bank account for any money you owe us, including taxes. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts mentioned in these terms will be shown and written in the Local Currency (BDT), and all payments will be made in the Local Currency. If Smart GHOTOK finds mistakes or repeat transactions, it has the right to get you to pay back the money in a legal way.
V. Each End User agrees and acknowledges that Smart GHOTOK may collect, store, retain, preserve, publish, process, and use any information that End User provides for any reason allowed by these Terms. This information is kept and/or saved on the app servers in Bangladesh.
A. As an End User, you agree to receive messages from Smart GHOTOK, including promotional messages, through any means of contact, such as emails, phone calls, or SMS.
B. Smart GHOTOK's automatic system can send images, papers, messages, or links with profiles of prospects to End Users. Each End User agrees and confirms that the mobile number they gave to the app for verification and agrees that using it won't lead to any complaints. Each End User agrees that OTPs from Smart GHOTOK to the verified mobile number will not be considered promotional SMS.
C. You can't choose how often you want to receive notifications from Smart GHOTOK. But you won't receive calls from the app as long as you're okay with getting messages and notifications to talk to you about being a shortlisted profile for its registered users.
Any feedback you give to Smart GHOTOK will not be treated as a secret. The app will not limit how it can use this feedback or information. Also, by submitting the feedback, you represent and warrant that:
A. You are encouraged to write constructive and clear-cut ideas about improving Smart GHOTOK's services. We can only think about and act on ideas written out in enough detail. Smart GHOTOK are not required to consider any of your suggestions, and they can decide whether or not to do so on their own. Also, Smart GHOTOK has the right, but not the duty, to let you know when they make changes to its services or the app-based features on your suggestion(s).
B. You have to inform/report to the app operators/admins about any real or supposed violations of these Terms and/or laws and any misuse or abuse of the app. If you find a violation by another End User, such as the content on the website that is obscene, menacing, grossly offensive, hurtful to minors, infringing on copyright or patents, impersonating another End User, etc., please feel free to send us a letter or an email with your digital signature to:
C. When Smart GHOTOK gets such a report, it may look into it and, if necessary, cancel the membership of the End User who caused the violation, abuse, or misuse without giving any money back. If an End User makes a false report, his or her membership will be canceled, and there will be no refund.
A. You agree that all your contents belong to Smart GHOTOK, excluding your third-party contents. But it does include in-app ads for which the app has the license and right to show/display as described in this agreement. You are solely responsible and liable for the contents and information, including the profile details while creating your profile or later editing, as well as for all posts and communications.
B. Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates its proprietary rights or illegally copies, modifies, publishes, transmits, distributes, performs, displays, or sells any of its proprietary information, including using it for commercial purposes in any way.
C.You agree that Smart GHOTOK may, in its sole discretion, disclose or make available any information provided or submitted by you or related to your participation under these Terms, including information about your profile/Registrant's profile or your transactions/messages to any judicial, quasi-judicial, governmental, regulatory or any other authority, as may be required by us to cooperate and/or comply with any of such authority's orders, instructions, or requests.
A. Each End User understands and agrees that to provide services, the app may share your information with third parties and let third parties show ads on the Smart GHOTOK.
B. Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to add, remove, change, modify, or suspend any or all of the app services anytime, without warning, as it sees fit. Everyone who uses the app should know the change
A. Smart GHOTOK wants you to know that the exchange of your/Registrant's profile(s) through or by the app should in no way be seen as a matrimonial offer and/or suggestion and/or advice or guarantee given to the End User, from or by Smart GHOTOK.
B. Smart GHOTOK won't be responsible if a wrong or lousy match is made because profiles from other apps owned by the app aren't available. Neither Smart GHOTOK nor its operators/admins will be responsible if any end user doesn't respond or reply after asking another end user for a potential marriage alliance.
A. Each End User agrees and promises that he or she will not at any time, directly or indirectly, make, publish, or communicate or allow a Registrant to make, publish, or communicate to any person or entity or in any public forum any defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements, in any form, about Smart GHOTOK and/or other End User(s)/Registrant(s) or its businesses, or any of its employees, officers.
B. If you file a false complaint against another Registrant or End User on the app and he/she gets suspended or deleted that Registrant's or End User's profile because of your complaint, Smart GHOTOK reserves the right to take appropriate legal (civil and/or criminal) action against you and claim any costs and expenses from you, for such irresponsible, false, illegal, or unlawful action. Smart GHOTOK also has the right to close your account, and if that happens, you agree to lose any money you paid for the app services.
C. Despite anything else in this agreement, Smart GHOTOK will not be held responsible for your actions or content that you upload that is: false, misleading, obscene, threatening, libelous, blasphemous, slanderous, defamatory, or invading of another person's (dead or alive) right to privacy or publicity, or that could be seen as harmful, vulgar, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented.
D. Smart GHOTOK also reserves the right to block, delete, or suspend any profile that might be inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Smart GHOTOK's employees (including inappropriate communication with any employee) and/or other Registrants. This includes using the app to talk to other End Users about their profile identity in other matrimonial apps.
A. The App and its services, including all contents, functions, materials, and information, are given "as is." As an End User of the app and its services, you access and use it at your own risk. Smart GHOTOK and its affiliates waive and disclaim the following:
B. any representations, warranties, declarations, or guarantees about this agreement, the Smart GHOTOK services, or the transactions contemplated by this agreement, including any implied warranties or declarations;
C. any obligation, liability, right, claim, or remedy in tort, whether or not it comes from Smart GHOTOK's default or negligence.
Smart GHOTOK is not responsible for any damage or changes to your equipment caused by installing or using the app. This includes but is not limited to computer equipment, hand-held devices, and cell phones. If you load or use the app, Smart GHOTOK is not responsible for any damage or changes to your equipment. This includes but is not limited to computer equipment, hand-held devices, and cell phones.
The app reserves its right to terminate your membership and/or suspend/delete your profile / Registrant's profile at Smart GHOTOK's sole discretion without any notice to you, in case you:
A. seek physical/financial favors from other registered members of Smart GHOTOK;
B. have provided incorrect information on the app;
B 1. have committed any fraudulent/unlawful/illegal activities through the use of the app;
C. have misappropriated the name, likeness, email address, contact number, or other personally identifiable information of another End User and created a profile on the app by impersonation/falsification/misrepresentation without consent of the person whose profile is being uploaded/registered or use only part information including using a photo of third parties without the permission of such third parties or act with other members/employees in inappropriate/improper manner.
If the app admins/operators/employees get a complaint about you and then delete or suspend your page, Smart GHOTOK won’t be responsible for any loss, costs, expenses, or consequences.
Either Smart GHOTOK or you can cancel your membership by giving the other 7 (seven) days' written notice. In this case, you'll lose any money you paid to the app up until the date of cancellation.
By using the app and its services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Smart GHOTOK, its subsidiaries, affiliates, Directors, officers, agents, and other partners and employees fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any person due to or arising out of your use of the Smart GHOTOK service in violation of these Terms and/or a breach of This responsibility to defend and pay for damages will last forever.
A. We want to try to settle any disagreements in a friendly and relaxed way, and we encourage end users to talk to us before going to arbitration. If there are disagreements, the parties will talk to each other and try to settle them casually.
B. If the dispute isn't settled peacefully and informally within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the dispute, it can only be settled in the following ways:
C. Smart GHOTOK can choose to settle complaints about infringing its intellectual property rights in a way other than arbitration.
You agree that any dispute arising from using this app will only be ruled by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, regardless of its conflict of law rules. You also agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Dhaka to settle any such dispute.
A. Payments made by cash, check, net banking, debit card, credit card, PayPal, RTGS, or NEFT will align with Bangladesh's current banking rules. Smart GHOTOK will now accept credit card, Bkash, and Rocket payments. The payment must be made before the paid app services can be turned on. If your check, demand draft, or payment through the electronic clearance system isn't honored, you'll have to pay the bank's check, demand draft, or electronic clearance system bounce fees. Your account will not be able to use BETTER HALF again until you pay the payment amount and any relevant bank fees in cash.
B. Smart GHOTOK is free to use suitable third-party payment systems to accept payments other than cash, check, or demand draft.
A. Any payments an End User makes to Smart GHOTOK in the form of a registration fee, a renewal fee, or an automatic renewal are not refundable.
B. Smart GHOTOK is not responsible for giving back all or part of the membership fees an End User pays to the app unless it is ordered by a court, quasi-court, government agency, or arbitration panel. No interest will be added to a return that an End User has to pay if the decision was made by a court, quasi-court, government agency, or arbitration panel. This refund can only be sent to you after Smart GHOTOK has removed all the relevant fees.
C. You can't give or sell your membership to anyone else. If you do, you'll be breaking these rules, and Smart GHOTOK will keep its rights under Clauses 2(B), 2(E), or 19 of these terms.
D. Once payment for the app services has been made, it can't be given to someone else or put toward any other product or deal that Smart GHOTOK offers.
A. All paid memberships are automatically extended before the end of the paid membership term. You agree that this automatic renewal feature will apply to your account.
B. When you sign up for a paid membership for the first time, you agree that it will automatically repeat for the same time and at the same price you paid.
C. The highest length of any package will be a certain number of days. Every Smart GHOTOK package will be automatically renewed after its expiration date, which changes from package to package.
D. You must stop your paid membership if you don't want it to renew automatically. If you must send a letter to cancel, send it to (Smart GHOTOK's address).
A. Monthly, Standard, Prime, and Diamond are the available premium packages or paid memberships on Smart GHOTOK. You can choose one of Smart GHOTOK's membership deals, which range from thirty (30) days to six hundred and seventy (670) days at different amounts of money.
B. Free members will require to pay 30/- BDT (thirty takas) to unlock every profile upon searching (only good/usable once). The payment is to be made through the compatible/supported payment gateways.
C. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) puts a cap on the number of phone views and the number of personal messages for all premium membership plans.
